Pirate Cards are created upon request at the Infodesk in the Smith Library. They will confirm your identity, take your photo, and create your Pirate Card on the spot.
If you have a lost or broken Pirate Card, it can be replaced at the Infodesk in the Smith Library. Lost or broken cards incur a $20 replacement fee. Pirate Cards that don’t function due to normal wear & tear can be replaced at no cost. Cards will work for all four years unless damaged/lost. For best results, please replace lost Pirate Cards or request troubleshooting between 8-12 and 1-5 weekdays. While replacement is available whenever the Library Infodesk is staffed, specialized support is only available during business hours.
You can check your Pirate Card balance by:
Going online to Transact Eaccounts;
Stopping at the business office(located on the 1st floor of Cullen);
Checking the "fill station" in the periodicals section of the Smith Library;
Checking the "fill station" in McCombs near the entrance to The Cove
