Visit the OP anytime between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm Tuesday through Friday to inquire about our rentals! We currently offer all sorts of camping essentials (tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, etc.), water sports gear (rafts, inflatable kayaks, SUPS, etc.), sleds and snowshoes, and yard games!

Gym to Crag!
Join the Outdoor Program in an overnight climbing adventure! The first day we will be at the SOU Climbing Center climbing, playing games, learning how to belay, and watching climbing videos. We will have a big sleepover and the next day we will head to Emigrant Lake to climb and rappel outside. You'll have a great time meeting new people and learning new skills during this indoor/outdoor climbing adventure!

Smith Rock Climbing Trip!
Join the Outdoor Program climbing at Smith Rock State Park! No experience necessary and all equipment, meals, transportation, and instruction included! Come have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend exploring and climbing in the beautiful outdoors!

Climb Nights
Deaf Climb Night!
Come join the Outdoor Program to climb and immerse into the world of the Deaf community! No talking will be allowed and other forms of communication is encouraged! Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) or climbing signs are not needed because we can teach you! We'll have a blast signing and climbing!

Join the Outdoor Program and USITT club as we host an 80's themed Theatre Climb Night! Come boogie with us under the black lights in the climbing center! No experience is necessary, and all gear is provided.

Belay Clinics!
Have you ever wanted to learn how to belay? Come to the Outdoor Program Belay Clinic and learn climbing communication, knot skills, and belay technique! This hour and a half clinic will include climbing instructors and all equipment needed!!

Lead Belay Clinics!
Do you know how to climb? Do you know how to belay? Do you want to improve your climbing technique and learn new skills? Learn how to lead belay and lead climb with the Outdoor Program! This is a 3 session clinic that will you teach you all the do's and do not's of lead climbing. Belay certification is required.
