The Outdoor Program & EP!C are teaming up and hosting a Drive-in movie! On May 13th come to the SOU Recreation Field on Iowa St. for dinner provided by the OP, fresh-popped popcorn, a viewing of Interstellar, and stargazing! Gates open at 7:30, come early for a free blanket (while supplies last)

Come and learn all about foraging from master forager Sergei Boutenko! We will be learning about wild foragable plants in a two-hour workshop and hiking the Lower Table Rock Trail. Come get your Spring adventure on!

Explore the climbing crag at Emigrant Lake through a rock journey with the Outdoor Program! This trip will include climbing, repelling, and scrambling around up and around rocks with a beautiful view of the valley. Also included is lunch, equipment, and transportation, all for $32! The Outdoor Program is hosting another Deaf Climbing Night! This event is open to all students and faculty. However, during the evening there will be no talking, and other forms of communication will be allowed! Learn rock climbing ASL, eat some snacks, and have some fun climbing with your friends!

The Outdoor Program is also hosting another Queer Climbing Night! This event is open to all queer people and their supporters on campus. We invite everyone to come climb together in a safe and positive environment. It's free to come and no climbing experience is necessary.

Still interested in learning how to belay? Come to the Outdoor Program Belay Clinic where you will learn correct communication, knot skills, and belay technique! This two-hour event will set you up for our belay assessment and costs $5 per person, which includes equipment.

May 11th, 12th, and 24th from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
May 16th from 5:30-7:00 pm
May 27th from 5:00 pm-6:30 pm
