Check out what gear the staff is stoked about!
I take my helmet on all of my climbing adventures and it builds character every trip! Also, it's unique to me with the abundance of motivational stickers I put on it! Best of all it keeps me alive!
Yeti is the toughest one's out there, I drop that cup on the daily and it prevails every time. Also it keeps my coffee so toasty in the morning... suspiciously toasty. But it also makes for a good thermos if you wanted to do soup with a tight lid.

Playing Disc Golf at Emigrant Lake or Frog Creek is a great way to welcome the change in season. Grab some friends and a frisbee, or rent some official discs from the Outdoor Program. Start at Hole 1 and see who can hit the basket/bucket in the fewest throws. If you're having trouble finding the start, or where the course goes after you start, you can download a free app called UDisc (https://udisc.com/) that list all of the courses in the area with included GPS maps to keep you headed the right way.

My favorite spring time activity is to lay outside in the sun. Laying a blanket out at the park with some music and friends is the perfect way for me to spend any day. One of my favorite spots is Hunter Park, because there is always so many people, and the grass is so green! All of the trees there have started budding as well, so the amount of color is very pleasing to the eye. Walking is how I prefer to get there, since the breeze is always so nice when I take a walk.

My favorite springtime activity is whitewater rafting/kayaking. It's a great way to get outside with friends and it can be a huge rush. Ashland is a great place to get into whitewater because there are awesome rivers to run all around with the Rogue and Umpqua to the north and the Klamath to the south.

I love backpacking. Anytime I can get 2 or more days in a row free I pack up my bag and take a long walk. My favorite trail so far is the Rogue River Wild and Scenic Trail. It's a 40 mile trail that follows the wild and scenic Rogue River from Graves Creek boat ramp to Foster Bar boat ramp.

Hiking! This time of year is so beautiful outside and the weather isn’t too hot or too cold (most days). I have gotten to go to Toketee Falls, the Umpqua Hot Springs, and Castle Crags this year with good company and good vibes :)
Stay tuned for upcoming summer essentials!
