"In this project, I developed and facilitated a six-week health challenge in the company I have worked in throughout my college career. I included different aspects of well-being, including physical activity, sleep hygiene, social connection, nutrition, goal-setting, positive psychology, and spending time in nature. Throughout the challenge, points were awarded based on participation in various activities and there were larger prizes at the end. Participants reported greater goal attainment and decreased self-reported stress after the six weeks as compared to before the challenge."
