=====================================
Please dont rely on the listed telo numbers - I cant verify that they work, or in what areas they work - I take the #s from the medevac service websites usually
Please dont rely on any of this info as the gospel truth - it all changes way too fast for me to keep up with it - and Google can change info on their map markers at any time without my knowledge - 11/26/2017
====================
Please use the search box [ top dead center of the map ] to look for cities, operators, radio frequencies, etc - any of the info that is on the map markers
not all markers are at the exact location of the launchpad - 11/29/2017
Please also see AEL map at https://drive.google.com/open?id=1TuaW4jo5PZiig6U_loNUswtLW6s&usp=sharing - 12/3/2017 - (I need to delete ael bases from this map and import the ael only map as a new layer - yeah - thats the ticket) - nah - wont work
First hospital based helicopter medevac service was Flight For Life in Denver in 1972 per http://www.healthnetaeromedical.com/about.html

Air Methods - AirComm is at Omaha Nebraska - they control 152 helos and 17 planes and 15 ground ambulances - 7/2015 - I need to figure out who they dispatch (maybe 50% of their helos) - http://web.archive.org/web/20131022234528/http://www.airmethods.com/docs/brochures/directcall-brochure-rev09-12.pdf?sfvrsn=2
======================
sometimes I am using pre-existing Google map markers - the lower telo numbers and addresses may be for the airport or some other entity, not necessarily the medevac service - see the "misc" entry to see the ID of the Google Map Marker (if it is not the medevac service)
