SkypeOut Get Started Calling with Skype Voip Quickly
SkypeOut is one of Skype's offering Voip. Voice over Internet Protocol uses your high speed internet connection to make phone calls. DSL or Cable are normally required for Voip to work. Normally Dial up internet service is not fast enough to handle Voip conversations.
First off I am amazed at the confusion that Skype creates on their website. The Skype website is a mess. The Skype Voip calling plan is simple and works great though. It took me longer to understand what SkypeIn, SkyeOut, Skype Pro, Skype Free, and Skype Unlimited were than it did to get the service working.
The SkypeOut plan is very simple. Download Skype and you will be able to call any of over 10 million who have signed up and downloaded Skype.
Start by putting $10 into your SkypeOut account. You can then use Skype Out to call almost any landline or cell phone in the world. The rates are reasonable. You will not have an incoming phone number although you will be able to get calls from other Skype users.
This photo shows my home phone communications. I currently use a Net10.com prepaid cell phone for messages and this headset which plugs into the back of my computer to talk. I like the headset because it allows me to type while talking.
You can also get Skype Pro or Skype Unlimited to make calls to normal land line phones or cell phones for $3 or less per month.
Call ordinary phones anywhere in the world from your computer for the price of a local call with SkypeOut from www.skype.com.
