Overarching Goal: Ensuring management of the organization, operations, and resources for a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment.
Goal:
By May 2019, I will have worked collaboratively to develop systems and build the capacity of others to create and maintain relational trust between and among staff, fostering a healthy professional culture in all teams I have lead at both sites.

The school leader institutionalizes values, norms, and practices that promote and enhance shared responsibility among all members of the school community for student achievement through positive climate.

The school leader demonstrates a deep understanding of organizational and systems theory. She or he incorporates and guides a variety of monitoring and assessment activities that support continuous development and improvement on the part of teachers and students.
Referral form brought from one site to LUSD/LES site
Created Programs for LCOE Attendance Challenge with PBIS strategies in mind.
After creating norms with teachers & counselor for behavior, assisted in implementing New Awards Ceremony in Assembly and inviting families
Created systems around evaluation, Mid Year Check Ins and Informal Feedback Observations
LUSD (LES) Comprehensive Safety worked with LCOE, District Admin. and School Site Council with feedback from School Board and other community members.

My Goals as AP for OUSD submitted for Evaluation to Site Admin.
Created many systems around Restorative Justice and SEL with OUSD. Worked with District and Site.
OUSD Data Referral shared with staff in 2016 to see how and where are referrals are coming from including race and grade level.
Management and Learning Environment, I have focused on LUSD MTSS, Site Safety Plan, Discipline policies and PBIS and communicating those goals. At OUSD, similarly, I have focused Special Education Team Support, Grade Level Focus on 7th grade and safety and School Site Emergency Safety Plan but had more of an impact in curriculum than at LUSD.
Additionally, I have taken this knowledge into my SCOE Instructor residency with North Coast School of Education courses I teach- Human Development and 21 Century.
