CPSEL Standard 5
Overarching Goal: Modeling a personal code of ethics and developing professional leadership capacity.
Goal
By May 2019, I will also collaboratively develop systems and build the capacity of others to create and maintain relational trust between and among staff, fostering a healthy professional culture where members work in service of the school vision. This will be done through review of systems including Referral Data, Teacher Observation Feedback Data, and Legal implications and training of teachers in PD that I am passionate about and have skills in teaching. Further exploration will be discussed in my SCOE teaching as well on how to create a 21st Century Classroom for Special Education Students.
