By May 2019 I will purposefully engage constituents in productive dialogue to develop and create co-ownership of a shared mission and vision that addresses equitable student academic, civic and social and emotional outcomes through professional development delivered. As a school leader I have facilitated
development and oversight of a broad range of professional
growth opportunities for the
staff including leading L.E..S PBIS Team, Implementing Restorative Justice for staff and students, trained as well as training Para staff to deliver developmentally appropriate practice in classroom and throughout school site.
I have worked with other instructional leaders at the site to ensure that professional growth activities occur within the context of a focused and coherent plan for improving standards-based student learning through the development of individual
and collective capacity.

•The MTSS Consortium will assist each site in the development of systems for the use of universal screeners.
•Develop a timeline for selecting screeners, using them, identifying students, and assigning interventions, reassessment and review of data and implement additional interventions as needed.
•Sites will collect and review data for delivering tier supports for students. Sites will define the criteria for qualifying in the different tiers and identify resources used in each tier.
•Site Admin will calendar meetings.
