Communication as Principal/Leader

For schoolwide communication I have seen that technology implemented correctly can have a huge impact on staff and educators. Norms around email, Google Docs, and Education Videos.

Can have a huge impact on image, messages and overall sense of connection.

For more complicated issues in administration -I have mental checklist for how to approach difficult situations-

Is this cause worth having a difficult conversation?

-Does the law protect or hinder in this situation?

-Are children’s needs being taken into consideration? If not what can I do about it?-Whose voices are being heard and unheard, how does it impact society if censorship of those voices are in place?
