Overarching Goal: Facilitating the development, articulating, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community.
Goal: By May 2019 I will purposefully engage constituents in productive dialogue to develop and create co-ownership of a shared mission and vision that addresses equitable student academic, civic and social and emotional outcomes in SST, PBIS implementation and BIPs. At OUSD this goal was also the same and implemented by May 2016.
