To whom it may concern,
My daughter has a multitude of disabilities which has meant that she has had some very large problems whilst she has been at Southampton University.Throughout this time the Reverend Stevens and the Chaplaincy have given both myself and her support. It has meant that she has a warm and welcoming place to go , so she no longer feels alone and vulnerable. She has flourished and is now doing well. Surely this marvellous help from the Reverend and the Chaplaincy should be offered to others. The support of great humanity and care.In this day of decreasing church attendance , it would be best to re-consider your findings and support the reverends important work, reaching out to the young and helping them to understand the most important issues in life. I understand today's problems but there must be another solution with group funding from several bodies that could be bought together. Thank you for taking time to read this message and I wish you well.
