Ali Anfield

Otherwise known as "Jack's stand-in" Ali Anfield has stepped into the breech twice as Jack has failed to make it to a Redyr Cup event. Selected in his own right in 2009 he contributed finely to a team victory with three points to add to his fine showing in 2008.

Off the course Ali loathes a glass of wine and never plays a practical joke on anyone - whilst not taking place on Redyr Cup time his masterful handling of what became known as the "Dogman connundrum" in the winter of 2009 has become textbook advice to all.
