· 1 ½ lbs. chicken
· 2 cans chicken broth (14 oz. each)
· 3 cans white beans (16 oz. each)
· 2 cups white onion, chopped
· ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
· 2 tsp. minced garlic
· 1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
· 2 tsp. cumin
· 2 tsp. oregano
Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil. Stir in chilies with liquid. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer at least 4 hours.
