· 1 cup pecans, chopped
· 1 pkg. of frozen dinner rolls (12 rolls)
· 1 ( 3 ¾ oz) pkg. regular butter-scotch pudding mix
· ½ cup brown sugar
· 1 tsp. cinnamon
Grease pie plate and spread the pecans on the bottom of the pan. Arrange rolls evenly over the pecans. Sprinkle dry pudding over the rolls. In a small bowl, melt margarine, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour mixture over the rolls. Place pan in the fridge overnight. Remove from fridge, spray rolls with pam, and wrap with saran wrap. Allow rolls to rise for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
