· 2 cups chocolate chips (1 package)· 1 sp. bitter chocolate
· ½ cup sugar
· 4 eggs
· Graham cracker crust
Melt 1 package of chocolate chips and 1 sq. bitter chocolate. Gradually at the ½ cup of sugar and beat for 5 minutes. Gradually add 1/3 cup boiling water and beat for another 5 minutes. Beat the 4 egg yolk until thick and add to the chocolate mixture. Beat the 4 egg whites until stiff and then fold into chocolate mixture. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and chill for 4 hours or longer.
