· 8 cups vegetable broth
· 4 stalks lemongrass peeled and cut into 4 inch pieces
· 2 tsp. vegetable oil
· 4 tsp. minced garlic
· 2 tbsp. peeled minced fresh ginger
· 3 tbsp. roasted chili paste
· 4 tbsp. fresh lime juice
· 4 tbsp. fish sauce
· 2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
· 4 small hot green chilies, seeded and halved
