Salad:
1 bag of spinach (washed, torn and dried)
1 qt. strawberries (sliced)
Dressing:
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1½ tsp. minced dried onions
¼ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
¼ tsp. paprika
½ cup oil
¼ cup cider vinegar
Stir dressing ingredients well and put on salad just before serving. Dressing can be made ahead. (I have
found that there is more dressing than is needed but you can just save it for salads if there is extra.)
For a big crowd you may want to double this recipe.
