Testicular Suspected Cancer

The referral form to be used for suspect testicular cancer patients will now be the DIRECT TO ULTRASOUND referral form.

It is important that this form is only used for SUSPICION OF TESTICULAR CANCER Direct to US guidance for testicular patients:

If cancer is not suspected then please do not tick the URGENT box as we have limited capacity we need to ensure we see appropriate patients in the fastest timeframe
