Adding a System Share
The principle of adding an individual system share is the same for each organisation, the only difference is the organisational sharing code that is needed. If you are unsure of the code, ensure you ask the organisation to ensure the correct one is entered.
Instructions of How to Add the Share Code **The patients records must be set up to share
Explicit consent is required to enter the code, ensure the patient has either written consent to obtain verbal consent from the patient and document in the New Journal
Go to the Admin Tree (1)
Select Share In Rules (2)
Select Custom
Select Add Organisation (3)
Enter the Organisation Code (4)
Select Search (5)
Click on the Organisation (6)
Select OK (7)
Save the Patient Record
