Thank you for reaching out! When you are having trouble accessing articles, here is what to do:
Paste the article's title into the library search box and click Search. Sign in. Make sure the Include articles that are available via interlibrary loan radio button is on. Click on the article. If there is no full text, click Get from Interlibrary Loan (ILL). Sign in with your PUNet ID and password and submit the form. (If the article doesn't come up in the library search box, go to the ILL page, and click Request an Article or Book chapter via ILLiad. Manually complete and submit the ILL form.) The ILL team will get the article to you as quickly as possible. Sometimes within a couple of hours, but sometimes within a week or so depending on where it is coming from.
Before submitting the Interlibrary Loan request form, paste the article's title into Google Scholar just in case there is a freely available version online that you could access immediately. Sometimes there is, sometimes there isn't.
Also, make sure that you're accessing the library's databases through the Library website.
