How To Be a Star:
1. To be a STAR Customer you must be with Grameenphone for a considerable duration of time with certain minimum usage.
2. Once you become a STAR Customer, your STAR status will be valid for 3 months. The STAR Status will be reviewed every 3 months.
3. If you are not yet in the STAR program, your eligibility will be checked every month.

********************New Star (How to Be a star)************************
To be a STAR customer you must be with Grameenphone for a considerable duration of time (Network Age: 03 Months) with certain minimum usage
Once a customer becomes STAR, his/her STAR status will be valid for 3 months.
STAR status can be upgraded even after 1 month to Upper Tier whenever eligibility matrix (Network Age & Usage) covers. But downgrade (Lower Tier) is not possible before ending of 03 months.
Eligibility will be checked every month for a GP Non STAR customer.
For Prepaid, usage will be considered based on Calendar Month i.e. last 3 month’s average usage up to last month’s last day’s usage.
For Postpaid, usage will be considered according to Bill Cycle (1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 21, 24, 26). Monthly usage calculation will be applicable based on the last 3 month’s average invoice amount up to last month’s last day’s bill cycle. Example: Assume STAR base generating on Sep 8th, then usage calculation will be based on average of Jun, Jul & Aug invoice amount (all bill cycle from 1st Jun to 31 Aug, 2017
All services revenue (Voice & Data) including VAT & SD shall be considered as Usages to be a STAR
STAR status will be updated from the 8th of upcoming month. i.e. if a customer buy any data pack or successfully avail STAR status campaign on August, he/she will get STAR status from 8th September onward for next 3 months.
For network age monthly calculation, flooring method will be applicable. Example: If a customer’s network age is 4months 27 days then it will be considered as round 4 months
