Understanding the severity of your mentioned issue, this is for your information that as a service provider we could notify the customers to be abstained from doing the disturbance. But we need to verify the prank caller's number along with specific time and date. Therefore, you are requested to provide us the required information with your valid signature as per subscription paper as attachment so that we can cross check and communicate with the particular number. After receiving all the relevant information from you, we will escalate the issue to the respective concerns.
Nevertheless, we have introduced Call Block Service to enable our customers to easily block unwanted calls to their mobile phones. To activate this service, you may type Start<space>CB and send it to 5678. Service charge for prepaid users is BDT 7 / week (excluding all charges) and BDT 30 / month (excluding all charges) for postpaid users.
