What is eCare?:
Web based self service module, which will enable customers to manage Grameenphone services on their own (Service activation, de-activation etc). Our eCare (Web Self Care) service will help you to enjoy personalized one-stop service. You can view your account profile and also manage different value added services offered by us.
*******REGISTRATION PROCESS OF E-CARE:
1. Kindly visit this link from your pc or laptop: https://webserv.grameenphone.com/ecare/faces/Index.jsp
2. Then click on create account.
3. after that put your GP Mobile number, Valid e-mail id & Your name.
4. Congratulations! You are done now

Moreover, you are requested to browse eCare through Computer/Laptop only (until further notice).
CALL DETAILS:
Details can be checked in eCare from the 3rd day of registration. Selected date has to be at least 2 days older that current date. You won't be able to see your details instantly. It takes 48 hours to update.
Please note that details can be viewed for the last 30 days for prepaid and 30 days for postpaid. Maximum 1000 numbers of transactions can be viewed in one page. You are advised to select 1-2 Days at one go and maximum 25 Records per page for best result.
FORGOT password :
If you forget your password, just click “Forgot Password” at eCare log in page, than enter registered GP number and answer the secret question you have specified when you have registered your account, then press the submit button.

RESET:
Within few minute you will get sms from our end.
After that please clear all cache and cookies from your pc/laptop.
Then log in e-care through computer/laptop.
