Oak Planting at Topanga Community Club on January 25th 2014

Let’s help maintain and restore our oak woodlands! Click on the "Oak_Planting_Flyer_Jan_25th_2014.pdf" link below for more info on a community oak planting project we are co-hosting at the Topanga Community Club (TCC) on January 25th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

At 9:00 am there will be an information session on our watershed and oak planting demonstrations. After that, small teams of volunteers will plant and commit to care for new baby oaks on the TCC property.

In addition to replanting areas where non-native trees were removed for fire safety at TCC, we will also have a limited number of oak saplings available for Topangans to take home and plant on their own property!
