Yuri Kobayashi, a member of the NIG Gender Equality Office, presented a poster at the symposium of the Japan Inter-Society Liaison Association Committee for Promoting Equal Participation of Men and Women in Science and Engineering. She presented the results of her follow-up survey on what activities researchers hired as RPD Research Fellows of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science were doing after being supported by this pioneer system for child-rearing researchers.
