to a newer agent, Gadovist (gadobutrol) that is twice as concentrated as the other products:

Dose 0.1 mmol/kg concentration 1mmol/ml so you give half the volume as the other agents. (about 0.5ML/10 lb)

for example:

150 # pt would get 7.5 ml

220 # pt would get 11 ml

(roughly 0.5mL/pound)

Pt came to the private office and noted they weighed 10 stones? now what?

A: google tells us that 1 stone is 14 pounds so the pt weighs 140 pounds, give 7mL Gadovist.
