Please know the concept of “terminal branches”

Terminal branches of a vessel are the last branches of that vessel.

e.g.

Q: Common carotid

A: ICA, ECA, extra credit for ascending pharyngeal

Q: Aorta

A: left and right common iliac, extra credit for median sacral (can supply spinal vascular lesions)
