Notes: The Blind tour access laminate passes (with the LP doll image) were seemingly made from cut up cassette sleeves (in many cases, you can see see printed lyrics underneath on rear). The official US tour satin passes were stickers and came in rectangular and circular designs, depending on the date/location.
