These were a series of Sundays CD boots sold on ebay over the years, all from the same vendor (although not sure if still on the platform these days).  They look fan-made but came factory sealed with silver CDs.

A CDR bootleg from Flashback World Productions.  An earlier rendition of the 'Goodbye in Atlanta' CD boot (same audio).       

Supersonic Scientists CD bootlegs, produced in the UK, were available in a whole series of releases, across many different bands and artists - including several from the Sundays.  All were double CD releases showcasing various combinations of (mainly) audience taped shows. Very creative titles with color inserts/sleeves.  Available on ebay for years although no longer these days.  Some examples below.

Can't speak to their content or quality but these are other boots seen online that 'look cool'.
