Notes: As with Reading, initial/original pressings of the US CD came issued in a CD longbox, measuring a little over 12" x 5.5" x 0.5".
There are at least 2-3 different pressings of this Geffen CD, looking at matrix and mould code information. But, no major differences beyond these details, keeping in mind that those copies with SID codes on the inner plastic of the CDs indicate a pressing from 1994 and later (only started including SID codes in 1994, according to discogs).
