Notes: Released in 2002 by EMI, this dual CD set came with a cardboard slip sleeve housing the Blind and Reading CD albums (individually cased in standard CD cases). One side of the sleeve has a cardboard flap with title while the other side is flapless/open (for the two CDs). The bar code/catalog number is found on the bottom of the package.
This is seemingly a European release because the "Blind" CD is the Dutch issue (Made in Holland) while the "Reading" CD is the 1996 Parlophone UK CD (made in EU version).
