Notes: Rough Trade 3-track 12" vinyl single, including I Kicked A Boy and Don't Tell Your Mother. The 'Pears' picture sleeve. Some copies were used as promos, sometimes containing a press sheet or with promo contact stickers/stamps on the sleeve.
Also, according to discogs: "Some copies came with a photo insert, soft monochrome like the cover, of a little boy with a teddy bear."
Note, there are two versions: the MPO and Adrenalin pressings.
MPO:

Matrix / Runout (Runout Side B, Etched): MPO RTT 218 B¹ TY1
Adrenalin:

Guessing the MPO, or non-Adrenalin, pressings came first only because all the promo/early release versions of the 12" (those with promo stickers/press sheets/etc) are seemingly MPO.
