Addictions Foundation of Manitoba. The AFM has offices in numerous communities in Manitoba. AFM's web site describes the many services offered, including courses related to addictions. The site has information about publications and a lending library.

Addictions Ontario is a non-profit organization representing organizations and individuals providing addictions services. The Addictions Ontario web site has internet resources and links.

Alberta Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission (AADAC). The main AADAC web site provides information about AADAC and its services. While AADAC's name emphasizes alcohol and drug addictions, AADAC does more than work to reduce addiction to alcohol and drugs. AADAC services include assistance for people with tobacco and gambling addictions.

AADAC for Kids. This fun site has information on addictions for kids.

Alcoholics Anonymous World Service. The site has information in English, French, and Spanish. This AA site contains information about resources, services, press releases, and an online book.

Association of Christian Alcohol and Drug Counselors Institute. Association helps train and certify Christian addictions counsellors.

BC Mental Health and Addiction Services is a British Columbia Health Services Authority agency. The site has information about their services, library, and educational programs.

Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse (CCSA).

Center for Addictions and Mental Health. The CAMH is an Ontario addiction and mental health teaching hospital. The CAMH has centers in Toronto and numerous other locations in Ontario. The web site has a wide variety of resources, articles, and publications. The CAMH offers classroom and online courses for professionals.

Center for Addictions Research of BC is located at the University of Victoria. The center's web pages have extensive links related to addictions, lists of many their research publications, and news about the center.

International Association of Addictions and Offender Counsellors. The association web site has links, and information about membership and local chapters.

Narcotics Anonymous. The Narcotics Anonymous World Services web site has booklets, information bulletins, books, events, and news.

The National Association of Lesbian and Gay Addiction Professionals. National association for treatment and prevention of alcoholism and substance abuse in lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender communities.

NAADAC is the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counsellors. There are over ten thousand NAADAC members. The professional association provides internet and book resources, and helps members with continuing education.

Ontario Addiction Treatment Centers. The web site has resources, links, and protocols.

Ontario DART (Drug and Alocohol Registry Treatment). This Ontario government agency operates a toll-free, Ontario-wide, treatment information and referral service.

Prince Edward Island Addictions Treatment Facility. Government web site describes the programs and services offered at the PEI addictions facility.

Saskatchewan addictions services. The Saskatchewan Government web pages describe addictions-related programs and services in Saskatchewan.
