The B60 questionnaire 27-page A5 booklet was distributed to all 409 households in North Muskham parish on 2nd November 2015, with Royal Mail prepaid return envelopes for those who needed them. There was also an online Google Forms version available.

Altogether, the 48 questions yielded 153 separate data elements for analysis.

As well as including (in Q44) the all-important CASP measure, the questions provided data that could be recombined in a variety of different ways to produce a number of ‘derived variables’ and ‘indices’ of interest.

101 questionnaires were returned and 29 local people were then interviewed in April 2016.

From the beginning, the B60 research adopted an action research approach, along the lines indicated by the defined research purposes.
