Geometry Lab:
1. Inscribed-Central Relationship
Draw a central angle and an inscribed angle that intersect a circle at the same two points
Measure the angles using a protractor
The inscribed angle should be half of the central angle. Verify this by multiplying the inscribed angle by two. Calculate the error by subtracting this number with the measure of the central angle
2. Circumscribed-Central Relationship
Draw a central and a circumscribed angle that intersect a circle at the same two points
Measure the angles using a protractor
The measures of the angles should add to 180°. Verify this by adding the two angles. Calculate the error by subtracting this number with 180°
