Duration and Difficulty: This was a nice easy hike with substantial distance. Map My Hike Link
Trailhead: This hike starts just outside Divide. The road is paved up until the last mile when it turns into smooth dirt. This is a state wilderness area so no camping or dogs on this hike
Notes: We had to cancel our big plans for the weekend but I couldn't handle giving up a great weather weekend. I found a hike nearby (1hour away) and told Hart I'd see him later. :) He was stuck at home resting after a father son Football Game injury. This hike had it all, distance, river crossings, rock outcroppings, aspen, ponderosa, solitude. I think this would make a great fall color hike.
