Soup - Cabbage and chilli

Don’t worry about mixing up or subbing some of the ingredients as theres lots, Just leave in the Cabbage
Ingredients list
1 Medium to large cabbage
1 16oz tin Chopped tomatoes
2 Large Tomatoes
¼ cup tomato paste
¼ cup Passata (optional)
(Or substitute the tomato's, Tom paste, and passata with a 300g jar of concentrated tomato puree (sold in Sainsburys)) seems to work Ok
2-3 Green onions
1 cup Green Beans
1 - 3 sticks Celery
1 - 2 Bell Peppers
2 Veg stock cubes
2 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Sweet Paprika
1 tsp Hot Chilli Powder
1 tsp minced Garlic
½ cup chopped parsley
How to
1/ Slice Cabbage finely and put to one side.
Chop the onions, celery, bell peppers and sweat in oil until half soft, add spices and continue frying a couple of mins,
2/ Add the other ingredients and cook 10 more mins, then add Cabbage and finish cooking until tender
3/ Add salt and pepper as needed
4/ The soup should be nice and warm tasting with the hot spices. The Cabbage should be a background flavour.
5/ Can be frozen
