Ingredients list
1 kg marrow (peel & pip)
1 kg jam sugar
1 lemon (juice only)
3 cm root ginger (peeled & chopped)
How to
Blend all ingredients until even consistency.
Heat in pan on medium heat until sugar has melted.
Turn up to boil for 20-30 minutes or setting point has
been reached.
Bottle up.

350g Apple
1200g Sugar
500ml Water
75g tube ginger puree
2 teaspoons ground ginger
35g Lemon juice

How to
Shred marrow in a food processer and blend the apple, add water and lemon, ginger, boil 20 mis, Add suger and boil until reaches “Jam2 on Jam themometer. Bottle
