Brief guide to edit/create your page

Referring to the following screen shot, the RED sentense are the guide to edit or create pages. One of the most important thing is to take note on the bottom left menu. If the "Sign In" link is displayed, it means that your are not log in to edit this site yet. If the "Recent Activity" link is displayed, then you are logged in.
