Russell Carleton

Dr. Russell Carleton is a Senior Research Associate with the Georgia Health Policy Center, where he specializes in research and evaluation related to adolescent mental health issues. He has been a regular contributor/analyst for Baseball Prospectus since 2009. He also worked in the New York Mets' analytics department from 2019-2020. He is the author of The Shift: The Next Evolution in Baseball Thinking (Triumph Books, 2018) .
