Mil Fisher

Dr. Millard Fisher is a devout baseball fan who reads extensively all types of baseball material, and particularly loves biographies and the history of the game. He is an avid and loyal Braves fan. When not cheering for his favorite team, he speaks internationally on health issues and medicine, and has had numerous articles and research presentations that deal with those subjects. He was on the President's committee that formulated guidelines that targeted health implications of tobacco usage. In addition, he is a consultant to several national and international organizations such as The World Future Society, the Centers for Disease Control, and the National Institutes for Health.

Mil is a past Regional Chair of the Magnolia (GA) SABR Chapter. He is a frequent speaker at the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. He and his wife, Connie, live in Stone Mountain.
