Rossella Rizzo

Rossella Rizzo is a mathematician who works on applications of machine learning techniques for brain imaging in order to improve the knowledge of cerebral morphometry and the predictive capacity in the diagnostic process.

She got her master degree in Mathematics at University of Palermo, Italy. She is currently a Ph.D. Student at the University of Calabria, Cosenza, Italy.

She is currently working with Prof. Plamen Ivanov's group at Boston University, studying dynamical interactions between the brain and other organs during different sleep stages.
