Dr. Aijing Lin is a visiting scientist in the Department of Physics at Boston University. She graduate with her PhD in Applied Mathematics from Beijing Jiaotong University in China and she is currently a Lecturer in the School of Science at Beijing Jiaotong University.
Dr. Aijing Lin has strong background in applications of non-linear dynamics and applied mathematics methods to complex systems, and in developing novel approaches to quantify cross-correlation, coupling and synchronization between non-stationary time series derived from complex systems. She is currently working on synchronization in brain dynamics across different frequency bands, which will provide new insights into key aspects of brain function.
