Fear and anxiety when it comes to Spirits

How do I overcome fear and anxiety when it comes to Spirits?

Well, keep in mind that this can really be quite the complex topic as it totally revolves around how one see's reality, consciousness, and manifesting physicality based on how we feel about our beliefs, even those we are not currently focusing on with awareness. Since we are here on Earth to explore ourselves in a realm of co-created duality, there are a lot of tools mankind and others have created that for the most part have various fears incorporated into them. There are many spiritual beliefs and traditions from all over the world that often attempt to regulate, and label the spirit world, how it operates and how we should or shouldn't interact with it. In many instances this is deeply ingrained in the varied cultures and history's. That said, as we expand our awareness of what is and isn't our reality, we encounter others beliefs and values about such experiences. We can on the one hand, accept their offerings on how we should experience such spiritual circumstances as they come into our lives. If we desire contact with a greater reality and those participating in the continuance of life we can use other beliefs that engender anxiety, fear, discomfort, and separation from who we are. Or we can surrender to the greater experience on our own terms, treating ourselves as a part of a greater reality; one in which we are Spirit, always have been one, and that earth is just a learning lab. As spirit we and they are one, joined in love and have never been separated and never will be. In which case we can release fear, anxiety, worry and the emotions which do not serve us; those we do not identify with. That's not to say there is a right or wrong, as experience and lessons about ourselves can be had in any circumstance. And we do not have to be defined by any experience other than that which we agree to feel and internalize as being who we are. Personally, I see see only hope, love and a promise to explore our greater reality in co-operation and love. I may not understand and get it, or even be able to experience a one/ one zillionth part of it all, but I am just doing life's tango using baby steps. There are plenty of dance partners to catch me if I fall. So, if those who do hold fear and anxiety often focus really hard on it. This in turn often generates more. This is a type of choice, and one that can have a certain value, and if so, you will be allowed to work who you are from it, unless you ask for help in changing. For some, this desire to change, or opportunity to expand awareness is planned before life. So through various ways, guides, angels, and loved ones will help play roles both good and bad to help achieve this. Then once one has passed through it, and everyone is on the other side; you are congratulated on the role you played.

Basically, what we manifest is dependent on what you focus on, unless it was planned before life. If you focus on fear, you get more. If you focus on love.....

I think the hard part is that we tend to hold on to beliefs that do not serve us well....if we spent the time taken up by worrying, we would have more time to focus on what we do have and what we will have. If I am afraid Spirit contact is scary, My anxiety and fear might keep me from seeing what is really love.And so because so much of my energy is spent on that which is fearful I am more apt to see such. But, if I allow myself a broader experience in which I can let go of how I feel about circumstances I might approach my greater reality with love. So then what in the past seemed scary can feel more like love. Then in this new light, I will notice more love.
