Weighted Ratings

This system came about following the 2017 regular season in which it became clear that playing and performing well against the best teams did not necessarily put certain teams higher in the ratings than other teams with more average opponents. Wins against better teams are given greater weight in this system, and losses against good teams are penalized less. All of these evaluations are based on the same formula as the unweighted ratings though.
