Best average FBS opponent

I have modified this listing from the procedure I followed previously. I now average the final ratings of all FBS opponents. This is a change from the final ratings of last year where I used the final "opponents' rating". This listing does not necessarily reflect who gets the most points from having a good schedule in the formula. Unlike the overall ratings, this will tend to favor teams with only a few FBS opponents (who happen to be good) early on.
