This building belongs to the Order of the silver hand, a knights order connected to the church of Kuor that is located a few miles east of Lethys. The order has many members in Rhakhaan but in this chapterhouse there are only (!) thirty battlebrothers, because most of them is in the chapterhouse close to the Kuortemple outside Lethys.
