This nice servicehouse has since a long time been fighting with their neighbours, the Shaal temple. The temple wants that miss Weders move her poorhouse to another, more suitable, location. But miss Weders went to the court in the city and the temple had to pay her a big sum of gold, which the poorhouse now (6045) are living of. There are about fifty poor people living with miss Weders and they have all of them once been working at the sea or in the Khuuport harbour. They are not very young people and they are not very bright either and often some of craziest of them, in some way, disturb the people near the building.
